An 11-year-old girl was injured in a hit-and-run incident while walking on Melina Mercouri street in Heraklion. A driver who failed to notice her struck the girl, causing minor injuries to her arm and leg before fleeing the scene. Emergency services were called, and she was transported to Venizelio Hospital for treatment. The police are currently searching for the driver.
