The University of Western Macedonia has reopened the historic Textile School in Vlastos, launching theoretical courses in November. This initiative, part of a cultural revitalization project, aims to blend traditional textile arts with modern skills and includes collaboration with other universities. The program emphasizes three main crafts: weaving, ceramics, and woodworking, aiming to enhance cultural and economic development in the region.
