French Workers Prioritize Workplace Well-Being in 2025 Resolutions
In a recent survey, French workers highlighted the importance of workplace well-being as they set resolutions for 2025. Key findings from the study by the Flashs Institute for Digitiz show that eight out of ten respondents aim to assert themselves against disrespectful behaviors and seek a better work-life balance. Women prioritize improving workplace atmosphere and mental well-being, while men focus on performance. Over a third of employees are considering leaving their jobs, with workplace toxicity and limited career advancement cited as major reasons. The survey reflects a shift in employee expectations post-COVID.
