Morning Coffee Linked to Lower Risk of Heart Disease-Related Death, Study Finds
A recent study published in the European Heart Journal suggests that drinking coffee in the morning may be associated with a lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease. Led by Dr. Lu Qi from Tulane University, the research analyzed data from over 40,000 adults and found that morning coffee drinkers exhibited a 31% lower risk of heart disease-related death compared to those who drank coffee throughout the day. Further studies are needed to confirm these findings and explore the effects of coffee consumption timing on heart health.
