Morning Coffee Linked to Lower Risk of Cardiovascular Mortality
A recent study published in the European Heart Journal finds that individuals who drink coffee in the morning have a lower risk of cardiovascular disease and overall mortality compared to those who consume coffee throughout the day. The research, which involved over 40,000 adults, indicates that morning coffee drinkers are 16% less likely to die from any cause and 31% less likely to die from cardiovascular diseases. The study suggests that the timing of coffee consumption may influence health outcomes, warranting further investigation.
