Car issues were the primary concern for consumers, prompting a call for an online car-history portal. Complaints regarding recreation and leisure businesses saw a notable rise, and many consumers struggled with faulty goods. CCPC spokeswoman Grainne Griffin emphasized the need for reevaluation of the small claims process limit, highlighting the importance of consumer rights awareness.
