Berlin Celebrates 35th Anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall
Berlin marked the 35th anniversary of the Berlin Wall’s fall with vibrant celebrations attended by tens of thousands, including the Vice Chancellor and the Mayor. A four-kilometer-long open-air installation featuring 5,000 posters, created by children and adults, highlighted themes of freedom and democracy.
