DEMO ABEE Unveils Major €100 Million Pharmaceutical Facility in Tripoli
The Deputy Minister of Development, Zoe Raptis, toured the new construction site of DEMO ABEE’s pharmaceutical campus in Tripoli, which represents a €100 million investment aimed at enhancing Greece’s economy and creating 250 jobs. This facility will produce essential raw materials, marking the first instance of such production in Greece. The project is part of a broader investment plan running from 2021 to 2027, with the potential to meet significant pharmaceutical needs within the EU, supplying 34% of the Union’s penicillin requirements and 35% of oncology drugs.
