Swiss public broadcaster SRF has accepted a fine for two journalists involved in a defamation case against crypto entrepreneur Dadvan Yousuf. To protect their sources, SRF will not contest the charges, leading to a fine of 10,676 Swiss francs for the journalists. While the prosecutor initially dismissed the case in May 2023, an appellate court found that the journalists failed to prove their defense.
