The newly renovated Blood Donation Department at the Amaliada Hospital has officially opened following significant infrastructure improvements led by the Ilia General Hospital administration. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Ilida’s Mayor Christos Christodoulopoulos and local officials, who presented a symbolic ‘Heart of Love’ signed by all attendees. Additionally, a new mascot, ‘SUPER AIMAN,’ was introduced to promote volunteerism, highlighting the importance of blood donation and organ donation as acts of solidarity.
