A 30-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly shooting his ex-partner, a 43-year-old woman, in Agrinio. The incident occurred on November 11, when the man ambushed her as she parked her car, shooting her at close range. The victim, who had previously reported the suspect for domestic violence, succumbed to her injuries shortly after being hospitalized. Following a police manhunt, the suspect was found near his family home. He reportedly confessed to a relative after the shooting before fleeing the scene with the weapon used in the attack.
