He criticized the government’s handling of forest fires and flooding risks, advocating for the retention of seasonal firefighters. Koutsoumbas also pointed to declining healthcare spending and rising electricity prices, emphasizing the need for comprehensive planning in energy management and public health. He dismissed the current state of the opposition party SYRIZA as ‘a reality show of degradation.’
