Featuring interviews with veteran union leaders, the book recounts their struggles against oppressive working conditions and explores collective solidarity that flourished during those times. Particularly poignant are tales of defiance against the 1967-1974 dictatorship, demonstrating how hope emerged in dark times. This work commemorates the 51st anniversary of the Polytechnic uprising, serving as inspiration for today’s labor activists.
