In observance of World Diabetes Day, celebrated annually on November 14, the Magnesia and Sporades Regional Unit hosted an informative event at its headquarters. Organized by the Volos branch of the Hellenic Red Cross, the initiative aimed to enhance public understanding of diabetes prevention, management, and related complications such as cardiovascular issues. Attendees also participated in a demonstration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and learned about the purposes and activities of the Hellenic Red Cross.
