He noted that Syria’s victory is also a triumph for the Turkish people and discussed Turkey’s ongoing support for Syrian refugees. Al-Julani addressed concerns regarding governance in Syria, stating that decisions should be left to experts and called for reform across various sectors, rejecting claims of an international conspiracy behind the ousting of Bashar al-Assad.
