Greek Deputy Minister for Social Cohesion and Family, Katerina Papakosta, has called for the immediate implementation of the Domestic Violence Risk Assessment Tool in collaboration with Justice Minister Giorgos Floridis. The tool is designed to evaluate and prevent extreme forms of domestic violence by providing personalized risk assessments for victims. Both officials stressed the urgency of making this tool available nationwide to effectively address gender-based violence, with plans for training frontline professionals following the pilot phase of the project.
