ADedy advocates for the return of the 13th and 14th monthly salaries amidst legal pressures
The General Confederation of Greek Workers (ADedy) is informing its members about ongoing legal solicitations from law firms concerning the judicial claim for the 13th and 14th salaries. They emphasize that previous claims have been deemed unconstitutional by the Council of State in 2019. ADedy plans to file a lawsuit in December to explore the possibility of claiming these salaries due to changing fiscal conditions. A meeting is scheduled for January 16, 2025, to further discuss the issue, advising members against succumbing to legal advertisements asserting urgency.
