Nearly 400 couples have expressed their desire to marry on the A10 highway in Amsterdam, which will be transformed into a car-free wedding venue on June 21, 2025, for the city’s 750th anniversary. Due to high interest, a lottery will be held to select participants, as not all couples can be accommodated. The city is also setting up a special proposal area for couples wishing to get engaged on this unique day.
