The university, which has held the rights to the surrounding university forest since 1934, emphasizes its commitment to sustainable forest management and educational activities. Following the recent withdrawal of the Municipality of Pyli from negotiations, the university is seeking a viable solution that benefits both the institution and the local community. A new agreement is in progress to establish terms for the ski center’s operation under mutual benefit.
