Arrest in Donegal Explosion Investigation Concludes Without Charges

A man in his 60s, arrested in connection with a 2022 explosion in Creeslough, Co Donegal that resulted in ten deaths, has been released without charge after a 15-hour detention. His arrest was related to allegations of reckless endangerment under the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act 1997. Gardaí confirmed that investigations continue, with multiple previous arrests also resulting in no charges.
