Two foreign nationals were arrested on December 26 in Noyelles-sur-Mer, Picardy, during a gendarmerie operation for suspected involvement in human smuggling. Authorities discovered a deflated rubber boat, a motor, life buoys, and fuel containers in their vehicle registered in Germany. Additionally, around fifteen migrants were reported near Hourdel, south of the Bay of Somme, with three being detained for administrative status evaluation.
