The Municipality of Athens is reviving its successful Smoking Cessation Clinics starting November 20, offering free specialized support for smokers of all ages. Sponsored in collaboration with the Hellenic Pulmonology Society, the program is geared towards helping both first-time quitters and those who have struggled to quit. Led by pulmonologist Prof. Paraskevi Katsounou, participants may also receive complimentary medication if necessary. The clinics will operate every Wednesday at the 5th Municipal Clinic in Ano Patisia, available to residents of Athens seeking to improve their health.
