An eight-month-old baby girl has sustained severe injuries following an attack by a dog, believed to be an XL bully, in Hawkinge, Kent. The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon, leading to the child being airlifted to a London hospital for treatment. Two individuals, a 76-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man, have been arrested on charges related to the dog being dangerously out of control.
