BBC Sport has secured a deal with ITV to jointly broadcast the men’s FIFA World Cup in 2026 and 2030. This agreement allows both broadcasters to share live coverage across TV, audio, and digital platforms, ensuring free-to-air access. The 2026 tournament, taking place in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, will feature 48 teams competing in 104 matches. Coverage will include live TV broadcasts, highlights on BBC iPlayer, and live audio commentary on BBC Radio 5 Live.
