While attempting to unsubscribe online, they ended up on ‘Terminationexperts.com’, where hidden fees led to unexpected charges. Despite paying for the cancellation, one subscriber continued receiving the newspaper and felt compelled to cancel directly with Coop. The company acknowledges the issue but cannot take action against such services, advising users to unsubscribe through their official channels.
