The Borough of Volos organized a familiarization trip for influencers and content creators from London between December 12-15, 2024. This initiative followed the destination’s exposure at the W.T.M. International Tourism Fair in London and aimed to promote Volos’ winter attractions, culinary experiences, and local traditions. Participants enjoyed activities highlighting the region’s gastronomy, hiking trails, and cultural heritage, along with the festive atmosphere of the city. The trip was spearheaded by Eleni Skarveli, director of the E.O.T. office for the UK and Ireland.
