Carlo Acutis to be Canonized as First Millennial Saint by Catholic Church

Carlo Acutis, a London-born teenager known as ‘God’s influencer’, will be canonized as the first millennial saint by the Catholic Church in April. Acutis, who died at 15 from leukemia, was previously beatified for his work documenting Eucharistic miracles online. His second miracle was confirmed in 2024, involving the healing of a university student. Pope Francis, who attributed the miracles to Acutis, announced the canonization date during a Vatican audience.
