Established in 1994 by Dr. Missie Collins and Ronnie Fay, the project has led to increased awareness of health issues among Travellers, with notable improvements in screening for breast cancer and COVID-19 information dissemination. Despite its success, the initiative faces funding challenges, highlighting the ongoing need for support in addressing health inequalities.
