Komotini is celebrating the magic of Christmas with a range of festive events. On December 14, the ‘Nymphs’ Association organized the annual ‘undecorating’ of the Christmas tree, with proceeds going to the local nursing home. The evening features performances by the Thracian Shadow Theater led by Giannis Voultsidis. The following day, various cultural groups will host an event to revive Christmas traditions. The celebrations include music, dance, and customs from Thrace.
