The Istanbul Prosecutor’s Office has filed charges against five foreign nationals linked to the Islamic State, suspected of involvement in the March 22, 2024 attack at the Crocus City Hall outside Moscow. Among the accused, Hoffizhon Usmonov, Muteulo Asoev, Rahamtulo Salikov, Mukhamadrahim Faizov, and Hamza Mukhammed are alleged to have connections with the attackers. Prosecutors are seeking prison sentences of 7.5 to 15 years for their participation in a terrorist organization.
