Charges Filed in Stonehenge Protest After Orange Paint Damage
Two individuals, Rajan Naidu, 73, and Niamh Lynch, 22, face charges for allegedly throwing orange paint powder at Stonehenge during a Just Stop Oil protest on June 19, 2024. The charges include the destruction or damage of an ancient monument and causing public nuisance. They have been granted bail and will appear at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on December 13, 2024.
