Intense negotiations between China and the European Union are underway regarding a pricing commitment for Chinese electric vehicles, as confirmed by the Ministry of Commerce. A European technical delegation arrived in Beijing on November 2, following the EU’s announcement of tariffs on these vehicles on October 29. Representatives emphasized a pragmatic and impartial approach to discussions, aiming to resolve trade concerns and establish clear pricing guidelines moving forward.
