Competitive Dialogue Initiated for Business Park Development in Northern Greece
Four business groups have expressed interest in a tender organized by the Project Preparation Facility (PPF) of Greece’s Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) for the development of a Business Park at the former Gonou Barracks in Thessaloniki. The evaluation phase will conclude with pre-selection for a second phase involving competitive dialogue, aimed at designing, financing, and operating the park for at least 30 years. This initiative is expected to enhance the logistics sector and contribute to regional and national economic growth.
