The Flyover project in Thessaloniki is projected to be completed by May 2027, addressing traffic issues on the regional road. Greek Deputy Minister of Interior, Kostas Gioulekas, stated that work is progressing rapidly. Once finished, the elevated roadway is expected to accommodate around 10,000 vehicles per hour. Additionally, the expansion of Pier 6 at the port is set to begin in January, aiming to double container traffic by allowing more commercial ships to dock.
