The Hellenic Railways Organization (OSE) is investigating the possibility of sabotage related to a signaling problem that occurred on a rail segment between Larissa and Platys. The issue arose on the afternoon of December 11, 2023, and was promptly resolved by a specialized team. OSE is conducting technical inspections across the network to determine the cause of the malfunction, while also ensuring the safety of the signaling and remote control systems, which have been operational since August 2023 without security issues.
