Airesis, the parent company of sports equipment brand Coq Sportif, has entered judicial restructuring amid job cuts in France. The Paris Commercial Court has granted a six-month observation period to address the brand’s challenges while protecting its 330 employees. The company, facing significant financial losses, is seeking financing solutions and has outstanding debts, including €5.3 million owed to the French Rugby Federation. Despite financial struggles, Coq Sportif has provided equipment for the French delegation at the 2024 Olympics.
