Scientific bodies in Corfu are calling for an extension to the land registry application process. Led by the local bar association, a protest was held outside the Corfu Land Registry Office, with participation from engineers, accountants, tourist agents, and former mayors. The president of the Bar Association, Giannis Kontos, emphasized the need for more time, highlighting the significant public engagement in the land registration process which has reached about 30%. The community demands further support from the government.
