An emotional event titled ‘Sakhtourio: A Cultural Space in the Center of Myrina’ was organized by the Municipality of Lemnos to highlight the historical connection of the Sakhtourio residence with diplomat Antonios Sakhtouris and author Maria Labadariadou Pothou. The event featured speeches on the history of the residence, the life and work of Labadariadou Pothou, and a musical performance, reinforcing the cultural significance of the Sakhtourio as a center for local heritage.
