Greek citizens and businesses facing debts to municipalities can now restructure their debts until January 31st, with significant discounts on penalties for vulnerable cases. The measure allows debts up to €3.6 billion to be paid in up to 60 monthly installments, with a minimum payment of €50. Vulnerable debtors can benefit from up to 95% cuts in penalties based on their repayment choices. This initiative includes all types of debts to municipal entities, aiming to ease financial burdens during challenging times.
