The initiative ‘Say cheese, Balkan cheese’ aims to promote local cheese production in Eastern Peloponnese. Coordinated by the Development Company of Parnon S.A., the project involves local action groups from Greece, Bulgaria, and Romania. A presentation will take place in Tripoli on December 19, 2024, featuring food technologist Dimitris Koliniotis. Workshops and meetings have been held in various locations to advance this cross-border cheese project, fostering collaboration and promoting Balkan cheese roads.
