A friend of the Friends of Historical Memory and Cultural Creation found a New Year’s greeting card crafted by renowned painter and playwright Stratis Anastasellis while browsing an old book in Monastiraki, Athens. The card, sent to a dear friend in late 1962, was recently returned to Anastasellis’s son, highlighting the artist’s legacy as an important figure in Lesvos’s cultural history.
