The dissolution of the company ‘Igoumenitsa Business Park Single Member S.A.’ was formally approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on December 16, 2024, and registered in the General Commercial Registry on December 31. The decision was made with the agreement of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), and the new shareholder structure of the Port of Igoumenitsa (OLIG) aims to establish a logistics center focused on servicing the internal needs of the port rather than the broader business park originally planned.
