Douglas Wick and Lucy Fisher to Receive Harold Lloyd Award at Lumiere Awards Ceremony
Producers Douglas Wick and Lucy Fisher will be honored with the Harold Lloyd Award by the Advanced Imaging Society on February 7 during the Lumiere Awards at the Beverly Hills hotel in Los Angeles. The duo previously produced the original ‘Gladiator’ film, which won five Oscars. Their collaborative works also include ‘Memoirs of a Geisha’ and ‘The Great Gatsby’. The award recognizes visionary filmmakers and storytellers, with past recipients including Ang Lee and James Cameron. Susan Lloyd, Harold Lloyd’s granddaughter, praised Wick and Fisher’s artistic vision and leadership.
