A 39-year-old man was arrested in Krusonas, Crete, while attempting to evade police. Officers from the Heraklion Drug Enforcement Unit had been surveilling him for drug trafficking. During a search of his premises, they seized over 1 kilogram of cannabis, a precision scale, €2,900 in cash, and other drug-related items. The suspect attempted to escape by jumping to a neighboring roof but was ultimately apprehended. A 21-year-old woman who sheltered him was also arrested for concealing a criminal.
