On the second day of his official visit to Athens, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew participated in the inauguration of a new kindergarten in Nea Filadelfeia, following previous visits to significant religious sites. He emphasized the importance of love in silent interactions with the faithful. The day also included laying the foundation stone of a parish church in Heraklion Attica. During his visits, he addressed issues such as fan violence and toured the Church of Saint Sophia, accompanied by notable figures from the city and sports community.
