Emilien Jacquelin of France clinched his first individual race victory since 2021 by winning the sprint event in Kontiolahti, Finland. He showcased an error-free shooting performance and finished with a 19-second lead over Sweden’s Sebastian Samuelsson, who made a shooting error. Germany’s Philipp Nawrath claimed third place. Swiss competitor Jeremy Finello ranked 25th, while teammate Sebastian Stalder, despite a flawless shooting performance, fell short in speed, losing over a minute to the winner.
