Employment Prospects in Greece Remain Positive for Q1 2025 Despite Decreased Hiring Intentions
Despite a decrease in hiring intentions from 19% to 12%, Greek employment expectations for the first quarter of 2025 remain strong, according to a ManpowerGroup survey of 525 employers. Greece ranks 19th globally in employment prospects, with 29% of employers anticipating hiring increases. The communications sector is the most competitive, followed by industry and construction. ManpowerGroup Greece CEO Charalampos Kazantidis noted that while hiring expectations have decreased from the previous quarter, they still indicate robust opportunity in various sectors driven by digital investment and infrastructure improvements.
