The Epirus Region has approved energy upgrades for nine public buildings with a total expenditure of €17.7 million as part of the ‘Epirus’ program. The projects will enhance energy efficiency in hospitals, schools, sports facilities, public services, and cultural infrastructure. Key sites include the General Hospital of Preveza and the Courthouse of Ioannina. Upgrades will feature thermal insulation, photovoltaic systems, and equipment modernization aimed at reducing energy consumption and improving building functionality for a sustainable future.
