Western Greece’s Regional Governor, Nektarios Farmakis, has approved funding for 19 energy upgrade projects in public buildings, totaling €21.7 million under the Operational Program ‘Western Greece 2021-2027’. The projects include improvements in schools, police facilities, and other public structures, enhancing energy efficiency through insulation, lighting upgrades, and energy management technologies. Governor Farmakis emphasized the benefit to local communities and the reduction of energy footprints as key outcomes of this initiative.
