The European Union, represented by Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness, and Crisis Management Hajda Lahbib, has expressed deep sorrow over the devastating images of flooding in Greece caused by Storm Bora. The EU has extended its full solidarity to Greece and is prepared to mobilize international emergency aid if necessary.
